The three foundational exercises of the basic seminar are typically spread across three separate sessions. However, it is absolutely possible to combine these into fewer appointments—especially if the sessions take place in person and you’re traveling from a distance. This allows you to make the most of your time and immerse yourself in the practice within a more compact and focused format.

For those unable to attend in person, I also offer the sessions online. Held conveniently via Zoom, this format has proven highly effective over the past few years. It’s an ideal alternative when travel, time constraints, or other circumstances make in-person attendance difficult. You can learn and deepen your Tian Tao Yoga practice flexibly and comfortably from wherever you are.

In addition, follow-up or advanced one-on-one sessions are available to help you continuously expand and deepen your practice. These tailored sessions offer personalized support, allowing you to evolve at your own pace and unlock the full potential of this powerful method.
